合作方式

委托设计合作方式：
１、只接受直接委托形式的设计项目。
２、请将设计项目的详细介绍与要求发email或fax到我们，并请电话联络我们，本地客户请直接当面沟通。
３、双方确定合作后，预收总设计费的30％进行现场勘测和初步方案设计。
４、方案经确认后，甲方应支付总费用的40％进入施工图设计，全套图纸完成后支付20％。
５、甲方支付设计费全款后，五个工作日内提供详细施工说明。

Form of Co-operation

Client appointed design service:

1. Only design projects directly appointed by clients are accepted.

2. Please forward details of any design projects to us by email or fax. Your call is always welcome and expected. Local clients are advised to discuss details upon

visit to our office.

3. Upon agreement of co-operation 30% of total project price will need to be prepaid for conducting site visits and preparing draft design.

4. When draft design scheme is agreed client should pay 40% of total price for detailed CAD designs. The remaining 30% is paid upon completion of all design documentations.

5. When all project fees are paid by client detailed information regarding project construction will be provided within 5 working days.
