基本价目(RMB)
公共商业建筑室内整体设计取费:	设计费为总造价的3%-7%。设计内容包括方案效果图,平面图、设计说明、、施工图(个别特殊项目视实际情况做上下浮动）按面积计费为80元/平米起价
娱乐餐饮空间设计取费:	按面积计费为80元/平米起价，不足一千平米的按150元/平米起价。
别墅家居项目取费:	别墅设计200元/平米起价,地产样板房400元/平米(普通家居类150—200元/平方米)
室内效果图制作:	大型空间每张2500元起,普通空间每张1500元(不含设计方案)
建筑效果图制作:	单体建筑每张2500元起,大型鸟瞰图和多体建筑5000元起价
方案效果图:	含方案室内效果图3000元起价

注：
效果图大型空间指面积在1000平米以上的商业公共空间，有两层以上共享空间的大堂和别墅复式楼等。其他如办公室会议室，家居，客房等按普通空间计费。

Basic Prices(RMB)
Interior design for public commercial buildings:	Design charge is 3% to 7% of total construction budget. The price includes floor plans, visualized design images, design brief and construction plans. (Subject to actual circumstances price may vary in some special type of projects.) Price based on size is from RMB 80 per m2.
Interior design for:	RMB 80 per m2 based on size. RMB 150 per m2 for sites less than 1000 m2.
Food and Beverages sites:	RMB 200 per m2 for villas. RMB 400 per m2 for real estate model units. (RMB 150 – 200 per m2 for residential units)
Interior design for residential and Villa projects:	RMB 2500 per image for large sites and RMB 1500 for general sites (price not including design).
Interior visualisation:	RMB 2500 per image for single building. RMB 5000 per image for Bird’s eye view and multiple building complex.
Architectural:	RMB 3000 per image (including interiors)

Note:
The term “Large sites” refers to commercial public spaces over 1000 m2 in size, lobbies that have 2 or more stories of shared space and/or multi-story villas. Other spaces, such as office conference room, home and living room, are regarded as general sites for pricing purpose.
